SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS (Constitution Changes) - Part 1

At the last AGM (May 2025), the Secretariat made a couple of changes to our rules 38 and 46, as required by the Federal Government. The first resolution is for the members present on Saturday to ratify those changes and amend Rule 28 allowing the Secretariat to make similar changes if needed in the future.

The next set of rule changes are administrative, updating for things like electronic payments and electronic meetings.
