The NACAA local organising committee is responsible for the local arrangements for the conference, such as the venue, accommodation, transport, and social functions.
NACAA encourages all astronomical societies in Australia to contribute their event calendars to this site. This will allow interstate and overseas visitors to find out about upcoming meetings, star parties, and other activities of interest.

Taxis from the airport are an expensive option given the distance involved.

The Panthers convention venue is located at the corner of Mulgoa and Jamison Roads, Penrith, NSW. It is around 1km north of the M4 freeway (take the Mulgoa Road exit), and around 1km south of the Great Western Highway.
