Restoration of the Great Melbourne Telescope

The poster paper will show:
a. Detailed pictures and drawings of the Great Melbourne Telescope (GMT) as it appeared from 1869 to 1945 at Melbourne Observatory.
b. Photographs as it was used at Mt Stromlo Observatory.
c. Photographs of the restoration process and the many parts of the original instrument.
