The venue for NACAA XXIII is the Penrith Panthers "World of Entertainment" in western Sydney. Situated on the Nepean River and at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, Penrith is about an hour by car or train west from the centre of Sydney. It is easily accessed by road via the M7 and M4 motorways, and by a regular rail service from Central to Penrith.

The full convention package includes all lunches, dinners, and refreshments. The on-site accommodation rates include a full buffet breakfast. For participants who are attending just one or two sessions or workshops, or not staying on-site, Panthers offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars, as well as a number of other food outlets in close proximity.
