Taxis from the airport are an expensive option given the distance involved. We have arranged a mini-bus shuttle service, at a fee of $25pp return, to transfer attendees from/to the airport at the following times:

Arriving Friday March 21

Pick up International airport 10:00am
Pick up Domestic airport 10:30am
Arrive Panthers 12:00noon

Pick up International 5:00pm
Pick up Domestic 5:30pm
Arrive Panthers 7:00pm

Departing Monday March 24

Pick up Panthers 10am
Arrive International airport 12noon
Arrive Domestic airport 12:30pm

Pick up Panthers 6:00pm
Arrive Domestic airport 8:00pm

Please understand that these times are conservative estimates only. Arrange your flights to allow for any delays, particularly when departing on March 24.

You MUST register for this shuttle service prior to the convention, and provide your contact details so that we can give you the pickup details.

A hire car may be cheaper than return taxi fares. If you are driving from the airport, the fastest and easiest route is via the M5, M7 and M4 motorways. The M5 and M7 both have tolls (around $10 total each way). The M7 has no cash booths, and requires an electronic toll tag.

An alternative is to catch a train from the airport to Central Station. Change at Central for a Penrith/Emu Plains/Mt Victoria service via the Western Line (platform 17), then disembark at Penrith. The single adult fare is around $17. The convention venue is around 2km from the station.
