NOTE: The Penrith Leagues Club will be hosting a game against Canberra during the Easter weekend. This means that there will may be some demand for hotel rooms from out-of-town spectators, depending on the final date and time of the match. NACAA attendees are strongly encouraged to book their accommodation as early as possible.

Hotel

Accommodation for NACAA XXIII is available adjacent to the convention venue. The Chifley Penrith Panthers Hotel is situated at the corner of Mulgoa and Jamison Roads, Penrith (phone +61-2-4721-7700). The hotel facilities include 24 hour reception, swimming pool, five restaurants, free car parking, and on-site guest laundry. Irons, hair dryers, mini bars, tea and coffee making facilities, and televisions are available in all rooms. There are a number of rooms for 3-4 people available, as well as adjoining rooms.

Reservations should be made by calling the hotel on the number above. NACAA has negotiated special Deluxe Room rates: single room @ $125/night, and double/twin rooms @ $142/night, including a Hot Buffet Breakfast per person. You must mention NACAA to obtain these special rates when making your reservation.

Cabins

Panthers also have log cabins on the Nepean river (Nepean Shores Riverside Resort, Tench Avenue, Penrith) which is only a few kilometers from the venue, and these may suit some delegates and families. The convention prices are $105/night for a single bedroom cabin, and $135/night for two bedroom cabins. There is no breakfast included, but the cabins are self contained so people can make their own breakfasts, or may eat at the club or the myriad of nearby vendors. Alternative accommodation

There are a number of other hotels and accommodation options in the Penrith area. Some suggestions (these have not been inspected by the committee):

Penrith Hotel/Motel, 303 High St Penrith (+61-2-4721-2060) has en-suite upper floor rooms. Single $66, Double $76.
